Repair cracks
Im a structural Engineer and Gavin and myself looked at a house that was being sold but needed to be secured before the sale went through. Gavins technical knowledge is very very good and is not the kind of contractor just to take the engineers word, he has valuable input to add should he feel the job needs extra work over and above what we suggested.
