After numerous disappointments from other contractors in Toti, I made contact with Billy who stepped up and delivered beyond my expectations. He has remained constant in 5 star service delivery and professionalism throughout the whole project. He was always on time and in communication with regards to the process and steps they were taking in doing the repairs in my bathroom.
