I am very grateful to Sheldon and his team for the excellent work they did for me. I purchased a rundown duplex that required major work - new kitchen, new bathrooms, a balcony closed in. Sheldon gave me sound advice and support throughout the build and the end result is better than expected. I would most recommend Sheldon to anyone contemplating a renovation of any kind. Complete refurbishment of the home, kitchen, bathrooms, BICs, painting etc etc
The owner, Sheldon, has a very high standard of workmanship. His staff are all courteous and efficient. Unfortunately, the building industry is tarnished with a negative brush. Bellisimo Projects brings a complete change to that negativity. He is highly honourable, nothing is too much trouble and above all the client ends up absolutely delighted with the finished project. He is always willing to make suggestions and more than patient with indecisive customers! As satisfied customers, with a previous bathroom remodel, we called Bellisimo to redo our bathroom , in a new property. Yet again we have been very satisfied with the whole outcome of our new bathroom. Quality workmanship, efficient, pleasant service and Sheldon kept to the estimated duration of work. Complete gutting and renovation of 2 bathrooms.
Work was very neat and bathrooms look amazing. Quotes were fast and they started and ended when they said they would. The actual workers on site were clearly very knowledgable and proactively made suggestions for small improvements. They also went to large lengths to keep the surroundings tidy to clean up every day after they were done. It was one of best and least painful contractor experiences I've had. Old bathroom was demolished & new bathroom installed
From the time Sheldon & his team arrived the work was undertaken promptly & efficiently. Every day before the team left the work area was tidied & all the rubble or anything not required on site was either put in a safe place for removal or taken at the end of the day. Sheldon was in constant supervision of his team & his communication with me was always spot on. If I needed to talk to him he was always available. The work was executed to the highest standard and in time. We are very happy with the result. Also, we were particularly impressed with the preparations by the contractor, I.e they consulted with us in detail on numerous occasions to make sure nothing is left unclear. Sheldon oversaw the major renovations we did across all contractors and acted as our project manager as well. We added an upstairs bedroom and bathroom, extended our living space, created a new kitchen and scullery.
Sheldon was really helpful with ideas before we started the work. He has a really good eye for details and use of space. He then project managed the work for us and brought in a really good builder and roofing team. We were finished in the agreed timeframes of just over 3 months and we were on budget as well - we asked for additional items to be done which we paid extra for, but that was outside of the original scope of work. The various teams came back to complete snag lists so it wasn't an issue getting final bits completed to our satisfaction. Review date : 2023-01-16 |
